Assistance
At the CSC, we love to care for our neighbors. For most of us, at some point in our life, we have had to rely on the assistance of someone to help us out, whether they were family, friends, or someone else. We are here to support you in life's difficult moments, as best as we can with the resources we have been given.
Rent Assistance
For members in our community that are struggling to pay rent, we are able to provide a portion of your rent to assist you.
Utilities
Assistance
For members of our community that are unable to pay utility bills, we work directly with the utility providers to ensure same-day payment is received, when needed.
Other
Assistance
For members of our community struggling to make car payments or pay repair bills, cover expensive medical bills, or other unexpected costs, we may be able to assist you as well.

Please use the appointment calendar below to schedule an appointment for needs assistance. Bring your ID, proof of your 40390 zip code, and a copy of the bill. When you arrive, you will be asked to fill out an application before your appointment.
