For most of us, at some point in our life, we have had to rely on the assistance of someone to help us out, whether they were family, friends, or someone else. We are here to support you in life's difficult moments, as best as we can with the resources we have been given.

Please use the appointment calendar below to schedule an appointment for needs assistance. Bring your ID, proof of your 40390 zip code, and a copy of the bill. When you arrive, you will be asked to fill out an application before your appointment.
